Jan has spent most of his carreer in digital marketing area and is on the constant journey of widening the scope of responsibilities beyond the digital towards 360 marketing. From 2003 he has been working for Czech based digital marketing agency Advertures on several different positinos from Project Manager to Managing Director and also spent one year in Vodafone being responsible for online sales channel. As of 2010 Jan is working for toy producer LEGO(r) in CEEMEA regional team nowadays being responsible for Engagement area consisting of Digital, Events, PR, Content Distribution and Masterbrand campaigns. Jan is married and has 4 children currently perfectly fitting LEGO target audience so small focus group is at hand when whatever product or communication testing is needed.
