Simon has been a member of the IAB Europe Programmatic Trading Committee for 12 months, and is currently the Chair of the Committee.  As Head of Open Demand International, Simon leads demand generation across AOL’s One for publisher products, working with external partners and companies to drive revenue and monetisation to publisher partners including AOL and Microsoft assets internationally. Prior to AOL, Simon spent many years at Microsoft, including leading Microsoft’s entry to programmatic selling in Europe in 2011.
