Stefan Busnatu is a medical doctor, resident in cardiology and PhD Student at the Cardiology Department of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest.
He was part of the FP7 EU Project FI-STAR (Future Internet Social and Technological Alignment Research) No. 604691 Romanian research team that developed and implemented a cloud based real time cardiac rehabilitation solution.
He was also involved in another research project (POSDRU Project EXCELIS /159/1.5/S/138907) on primary cardiovascular prevention, researching “Strategies of optimizing primary prevention programs in cardiovascular disease” in healthy individuals, with a special interest in determining the relationship between the use of mobile health solutions and the implementation of healthy living habits.
His aim is to study and develop new strategies for optimizing the cardiovascular diseases prevention programs using eHealth solutions.
